Il gruppo logistico elvetico Kuehne + Nagel ha siglato un accordo per acquisire la casa di spedizioni australiana Link Logistics International Pty. Ltd., che è stata fondata nel 1998 ed è specializzata nella logistica dei prodotti deperibili.
L’azienda ha sede a Melbourne e strutture a Sydney e in Tasmania.
Link Logistics, che ha 33 dipendenti, è la prima società australiana per le esportazioni di prodotti deperibili per via aerea.

Kuehne + Nagel announcedtoday that is has entered into an agreement to take over the specialisedAustralian freight forwarder Link Logistics International Pty.Ltd. The acquisition is in line with Kuehne + Nagel’s strategy toglobally expand its activities in the field of perishables logistics.
Established in 1998, Link Logistics is a privately owned freight forwarderwith headquarters in Melbourne and facilities in Sydney and Tasmania.
Specialised in cold chain management, the company offers comprehensiveservices for the supply of perishable goods to hospitality andconsumer markets, mainly in Asia and the Middle East. Its onsite facilitiesensure integrity of products such as meat, fruit and vegetables; valueadded services include quality control, product grading and sorting,cooling and labelling. Link Logistics is Australia’s No. 1 airfreightforwarder in relation to the export of perishables and employs 33 staff.
