The Belgian port of Zeebrugge reached a new milestone this week with the arrival of the ‘MSC Mina’, setting a record draught of 16.4 m.
On 8 April the 400 m vessel (23,656 teu) docked at CSP Zeebrugge as part of MSC’s new Lion service, linking the Far East with Zeebrugge and Antwerp. The exceptional draught highlights Zeebrugge’s infrastructure and reinforces the port of Antwerp-Bruges’ status as a gateway for the world’s largest containerships. Read more
