More noiseless freight wagons in Iberia

The entire rail wagon fleet of Transfesa Logistics now operates more quietly.

The affiliate of Germany’s DB Cargo has completed the installation of quiet brake blocks (so-called composite brake pads) in all 606 freight wagons it operates in Spain and Portugal. The refitting of the wagons was fully funded by the EU’s ‘Next Generation' programme. Read more
