Germany’s second-largest rail logistics provider

TX Logistik (TXL), a Mercitalia subsidiary, has received the approval from the cartel authorities to take over the railfreight company Exploris Deutschland.

 

With this acquisition, TXL is now Germany’s second-largest rail logistics company. Exploris' international rail connections are strongly focused on East-West traffic and thus complement TXL's network, which has a strong presence along the European North-South axis. Read more
