Prologis is developing a sustainable logistics facility for a pharmaceutical wholesaler in northeast Berlin. Having acquired the brownfield site in 2021, the company is currently in the process of demolishing the old buildings.
Once completed, Prologis Park Berlin DC2 will feature 19,391 sqm of warehousing and office space, of which 13,674 sqm will be leased to the client.
