Wincanton Group has announced its acquisition of Invar Group Limited.
Through the integration of Invar’s automated solutions, driven by its proprietary software, the Invar Warehousing Software, Wincanton shared in a statement that the agreement represents a milestone in its strategic vision to accelerate the deployment of robotics and automation solutions, pushing warehouse efficiency to unparalleled heights.
The acquisition builds upon a longstanding collaboration between Wincanton and Invar, marked by successful warehouse automation projects in recent years. With Invar operating as a standalone entity within the Wincanton Group, continuity remains paramount as Invar’s existing team continues to serve its diverse clientele across multiple markets.
