A new big player in pharma logistics

The French Walden Group has acquired Ivemar, a Belgian GDP-transport specialist as part of its expansion plans in the European pharmaceutical logistics market. Ivemar will be integrated into Transpharma International (TPI), Walden’s competence centre for pharmaceutical transport.

“The acquisition of Ivemar provides TPI with quality transport assets, a strong team of around 50 people well practised in GDP, and licensed premises located in a key European trade corridor for healthcare transport and logistics," says David Evans, CEO of TPI. Read more
