The first three Nikola Tre battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) in Europe have started their demonstration phase at the German port in Hamburg.
The BEV is a completely redesigned electric vehicle. The deployment of the zero-emission, fully electric heavy-duty semitrailer tractors for transport and logistics is part of the port authority's plan to become a zero-emission port.
The first phase will start with a three-month test operation of the vehicles including various charging options. Read more
