IRU has published a new interactive map for trucks moving between Ukraine and neighbouring EU countries.
IRU has launched a new interactive map for trucks crossing borders between Ukraine and neighbouring EU countries. For each border crossing, the map shows the type of trucks authorised, the corresponding capacity in terms of number of trucks per day, and customs contact details when available.
The map also shows the main access routes on both sides of the border. Under the EU’s “Solidarity Lanes for Ukraine” initiative to facilitate the transport of exports from Ukraine into the EU, E-routes (international European route numbers), and in many cases M-routes (national route numbers), connecting border crossings should have at least two lanes.
