The delivery of the first DM 20-EBB will mark the start of a three-month test operation.
Northrail is leasing four "zero-emission" shunting and medium-haul locomotives of Vossloh’s new DM 20-EBB model to the Dutch rail transport company RTB Cargo. The locomotives are part of the framework purchase agreement for 50 DM 20-EBB.
The delivery of the first DM 20-EBB, scheduled for October 2024, will mark the start of a three-month test operation. The other three locomotives are set to follow in Q4/2025. The locomotives will be mainly deployed in the port of Rotterdam and for hinterland traffic via the Betouwe route to Germany. Read more
