Following weeks of uncertainty surrounding tacho guidance, on 2 September the DVSA formally made an update on drivers’ hours and tachographs in relation to goods vehicles.
The RHA has been highlighting the difficulties for commercial vehicle drivers surrounding the regulation relating to keeping 28 days of driving records.
Firstly, it was announced block entries and evidence forms (attestation) were being accepted by DVSA. Now an official update has been announced on the Gov.uk website, surrounding Mixed EU/AETR and Great Britain domestic driving, as well as tachograph rules. Read more
