Alberta (Canada)-based commercial carriers will soon be able to test commercial vehicles that operate with alternative, energy-efficient fuels within their regular business operations.
In autumn 2022, the Alberta Motor Transport Association (Amta) and partners will start the hydrogen commercial vehicle demonstration project which will lead Canada’s first heavy-duty alternative fuel demonstrations.
Within this programme, Amta will offer carriers opportunities to use and test – within their own operations – Class 8 vehicles that operate with hydrogen fuel. Read more
