Participants unanimously agree that rapid implementation of a computerised TIR system is crucial for the very existence of the TIR Convention and will benefit all TIR contracting parties.
On the invitation of Lithuanian National Road Carriers’ Association (LINAVA) and in partnership with Lithuanian customs authorities, this important workshop is the first regional event to disseminate information to enable decision-makers to take action.
